FIVA Historical motorcycle rally is a touring event and the rides will take place on the local roads between Budapest – Eger – Cegled – Budapest. The cities can be found in the eastern part of Hungary where we expect usual road traffic.

Each participant is responsible for the technical condition „roadworthyness” of his/her vehicle and for its usage on the road.

Each participant must have a valid and appropriate driving licence. Besides, he/she has to have health insurance (travel insurance), the third-party insurance (green card) and his/her motorcycle complies with the rules of the European Union vehicular traffic.

Each participant need to have the necessary equipment – a helmet with protective shield or helmet with protective glasses. Furthermore, we strongly recommend wearing gloves and suitable clothes with firm ankle-high boots.

Since the event will take place in 3 hotels in 3 different cities in Hungary the organiser provide luggage transport for all participants.

Participants’ attendance and reception of motorcycles

The administrative and technical reception is located in Aqua World Resort in Budapest on 21.06.2018. from 10am to 5pm. The organiser reserves the right not to accept the motorcycle in a bad technical condition or with unsuitable visual aspect which is not corresponding to the historical criteria.
The accompanying and towing vehicles will be parked in the parking area of the Aqua World Resort Budapest. 24H Security is provided for all accompanying and towing vehicles in the appointed area of the hotel parking.

Class G 1 January 1971- 31 December 1980

Motorcycles should have FIVA Identity Card otherwise the proof of authenticity and historical origin will be required.

Hungary is a flat country which means we do not have high and difficult mountain climbs. Altough during the event we will ride to the highest mountain of Hungary which is 1000m high. The organizer recommend to use a minimum 150 cm3 motorcycles in the event.

Participant’s fee

Accommodation in single room:        480 EUR / person

Accommodation in double room:       390 EUR / person

(In case the participating motorcycle have a valid FIVA ID card during the dates of FWMR 2018 event the rider receives 35 EUR discount of the entry fee)


The fee includes:

The fee does not include:

  • petrol

The vehicles will be confirmed on the basis of an agreed application form and paid fee. The organizer assigns the right of choosing the participating vehicles.

Cancellation fees:

up to 21th of Apr 2018: 0% of the paid fee

up to 21th of May 2018: 50% of the paid fee

after 21th of May 2018: 100% of the paid fee


The organiser reserves the right to alter the instructions due to the particular situation. Any protests against the organization or the evaluation will not be accepted.

Each participant tales part at his/her own risk and is responsible for all the demage caused by his/her acting. In case of any vehicle failure or demage no compensation can be enforced.

The participants should inform the organisers about the machine change even if it is done at the last moment to avoid confusion and possible mistakes or misunderstandings.

In case of the participant needs extra nights before or after the event date, it should be mentioned in the event’s Entry Form „notes” and the offer will be sent by the organiser.

The organiser reserve the right to refuse rally participation because of non compliance!
